So, you've found a perfect person.  You want to impress them.  You don't want to take them on the same old date they've been on a hundred times before.  I mean, who hasn't been on the dinner and a movie date.  And there's nothing wrong with that.  But you want to show them that you are interested by doing something with them that they might not have done.
