Alongside all the other hotly anticipated premieres and returns of early 2013, we still can't wait to get our hands around A&E's forthcoming 'Psycho' prequel TV series 'Bates Motel.' Recent comments from showrunner Carlton Cuse at the TCA press tour painted 'Psycho' as more inspiration than canon, but the recent 'Bates Motel' previews have teased a creepiness like no other. That unsettling terror returns in three all-new promos for 'Bates Motel,' so check in and check them out inside!

March 18 will see the premiere of A&E’s buzz-worthy new drama ‘Bates Motel,’ a new take on the classic 'Psycho' mythology that stars Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga in the title roles of Norman and Norma Bates, one which looks scarier and scarier by each new promo. To that end, A&E has issued three fresh, if brief looks at the series, covering everything from creepy woods to dance parties to severed hands.

In addition to Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga as the titular Bates clan, the series also includes Max Thieriot as long-lost Bates brother Dylan, ‘LOST’s’ Nestor Carbonell as “edgy” Sheriff Alex Romero, Mike Vogell as his deputy Zach Shelby, Olivia Cooke as Norman’s handicapped friend Emma Decody (seen in the first teaser), and ‘The Last Airbender’s’ Nicola Peltz as high school it-girl Bradley. 'LOST's' Carlton Cuse acts as showrunner to the series, with 'Friday Night Lights' scribe Kerry Ehrin writing.

Check out the three creepy new teasers below, and tell us in the comments if you'll check into 'Bates Motel' when the series premieres on A&E March 18!
