With Alice in Chains and Jane's Addiction as headliners, the 2013 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival tour promises to be one of the hardest-rocking shows of the summer. One of the definitive alternative bands of the 1990s, Alice in Chains are set to release their fifth studio album, 'The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here,' on May 28.
