Like “Rubber Man” before him, “Bloody Face” has captured the frightful imaginations of ‘American Horror Story: Asylum' viewers, who after only four episodes obsess over clues to the masked serial killer’s identity. We’ve certainly been jerked around a bit as to the killer’s true visage, even across multiple timelines, but is the mask about to be lifted? According to series creator Ryan Murphy, we won’t have long to wait to find out!

For four episodes now of ‘American Horror Story: Asylum,’ we’ve been treated to (and gagged at) the grim visage of serial killer “Bloody Face,” but when will we get to see the villain’s real face? This Wednesday, according to series creator Ryan Murphy’s ever-fruitful Twitter! At some point during this Wednesday’s “I Am Anne Frank, Pt. 2” we’ll learn the true identity of the killer who has thus far been responsible for multiple character deaths, in addition to an engaging mystery.

Of course, even with the killer’s identity revealed the mystery wouldn’t end there, as we’ve now apparently seen “Bloody Face” alive and well across two different timelines decades apart. Could there be a supernatural element to his villainy, or is the bloody moniker used by a number of different killers, as seen by the two copycats that – SPOILER ALERT – killed Adam Levine, and Jenna Dewan’s Leo and Teresa?

Fans of the first ‘American Horror Story’ season will remember that “Rubber Man” was eventually unmasked as Tate Langdon (Evan Peters), though it doesn’t seem plausible Peters’ ‘AHS:A’ character Kit Walker could be the murderer, despite being accused as such.

Give us your theories on “Bloody Face”s identity, and tune in for the truth this Wednesday night, with ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’s' latest thriller “I Am Anne Frank Pt. 2!”
