Have you heard about the altercation between Ted Williams(Golden Voice) and his daughter?  Here's what I found out on MSNBC.com

Ted Williams, the formerly homeless man who became a viral sensation for his “golden voice,” was detained with a daughter Monday night after police responded to a disturbance at a Los Angeles hotel, according to the Hollywood Reporter and Access Hollywood.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to TODAYshow.com that two people were detained around 9 p.m. PT because of an alleged "yelling altercation."

I am worried personally because it (a lot of times) takes your own effort to get in to trouble as well as your own effort to get out of it.  You have to make a decision not to do the things that are negative in your life and then take action.  Now some might say that he "got himself" out of it because he landed on tv and some viral videos, which in turn led him to receive offers from all over the nation.  I don't really consider that much of a personal effort, honestly.  Luck came into play.  Now if he had made an effort to find work, a home and such and was still struggling, it might be different. I've seen people before in similar situations, that had help, lots and lots of help. But still failed. Because they had not yet decided for themselves that they had had enough.  When they finally did and decided it was time for things to change, they suceeded.  Admirably as well.  I'm not saying this goes for every person out there,  just what I have observed personally.  I hope that I am wrong, and that he does well for himself.  I kind of like the guy myself.  I guess we'll see, won't we?
