Arnold has been a on a health kick lately, getting himself back in shape to be that bad-ass Arnold we grew up. It's been fun to watch him share is tips and tricks through Social Media. This last clip was a great little blast from the past and a good reminder for overweight radio dudes like myself.

Seriously, I got to start doing something to change my ways. Especially if people around the office keep having birthdays. Our office loves birthdays, and we love to celebrate them...with massive amounts of sugary goodness.
