Billings All Original Car Show at North Park This Saturday

Make sure you head over to the Billings All Original Car Show at North Park this weekend for a great opportunity to see some original, classic and antique cars.

The show is all about original cars, restored or not.  Be sure to check out the survivors class, where you'll see faded paint, worn interiors, scratched chrome and cloudy glass, but original nonetheless.  According to the official website,

If your car is a hot rod, modified, has a great flame job, sorry, this is not your car show.  We love your cars too but this show is about original, untouched cars, or cars restored to 90% originality or better.

Cars will be parked from 6:00 A.M. to 10 A.M.  The show runs to 4:30 P.M.  All cars must be pre-registered in order that cars be parked according to the make and year of manufacture.  All cars will remain on displayed until 4:30 P.M.

The awards ceremony will start at 4:00 P.M.  Winners of cars that have been judged will be presented with trophies indicating 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in their categories.  There will also be a "Best of Show" and a "People's Choice" award.  All cars are eligible for this award.  Judging will be based on originality first, particularly in the "survivor" class, then condition.  All cars will be displayed together by make and year, whether being judged or not.  You can get more information on the official website.
