Billings (and Most of Montana) Football Fans Love the Denver Broncos

To celebrate the return of football season, bleacherreport.com just released a new map that shows the favorite team for every county in America.  Not surprisingly, Yellowstone County, and most of Montana, is Denver Broncos country.

The NFL Fandom map is based on the number of Facebook "likes" in each county.  While most of the state cheers for Denver, there are plenty of Seahawks, Cowboys and Vikings fans in the Treasure State.

The Vikings are the most popular team in Sheridan country, which is located in northeast Montana.  Several counties in western Montana root for the Seahawks, including Lincoln, Flathead, Lake, Sanders, Mineral and Missoula. Judith Basin and Petroleum counties cheer for the Green Bay Packers.  Cowboys fans make up the majority in Chouteau, McCone and Carter county.
