Do You Believe Women Have a Place in Rock?

I don't know how you feel about chicks in rock.  Weather they are fronting the band or playing bass.  Have been lucky enough to work at a couple of different rock stations in my nearly two decades in radio.  And I've found that not all guys like women in their rock bands.  Rock is dominated by guys, no doubt.  But I think the most talented person should be the one put in place -- guy, girl or monkey.

If you are into chick rockers.  Who do you like best?  I think we have to mention 'Heart' and Joan Jett.  I don't think even the guy that hates chick rockers can argue against them but who else?  What female rockers make you turn up your radio?
