I think at some point we all experience depression.  Whether everyone wants to admit it or not.  This week is National Suicide Prevention Week.

Take the time to smile at a stranger, open the door for someone, or an extra minute to listen to a story you might not be that interested in. I read today online about a study that showed that 93 percent of people would help if they knew someone close to them was thinking about suicide.

Take the time to talk to someone or point them in the right direction.  Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or visit suicidepreventionlifeline.org.
