Donald Glover Is a Ridiculously Hot Dork – The Daily Swoon
Donald Glover makes us laugh, and isn’t that like, the jackpot of a cute guy? Too bad Hannah broke up with his character on this week’s ‘Girls,’ huh?
You know Glover from ‘Community,’ which is finally coming back in two weeks! Ugh, and it’s about time, right? But the adorably dorky actor also starred in two episodes of the current season of ‘Girls’ as Hannah’s new boyfriend who turns out to be — dun dun dunnn — a Republican. Naturally, they broke up. We’re really sad about it.
Here’s something you may not have known: Glover wrote for ‘30 Rock,’ another one of our favorite shows, and if he’s up to Tina Fey‘s standards, then you know he’s amazingly talented.
In addition to writing and acting, Glover has a rapper alter-ego named Childish Gambino, and if you haven’t checked out his music yet, you really should. It’s witty and delightful and totally infectious.
But here’s the thing — I didn’t know about the situation under Donald Glover’s shirt. When I came across photos of him performing as Childish Gambino sans-shirt, I gasped and yelled “WHAT” at my computer. I felt as though I’d been lied to. Omission is the same as lying, and just how long has the world been keeping this from me?! It’s just … beautiful.
