The recent outbreak of E. Coli at a West Coast Chipotle just reaffirms my belief that it's not a question of "if" but "when."

If you eat out with any frequency, chances are you have been sick or will be before it's over. The best place to eat is still home. At least you know the person cooking your food.

God only knows what a cook has or what kind of day he or she is having when your food is put together. But, we still all eat out.

One of my basic rules is that if it's not hot send it back -- and no visible blood in my beef or chicken, please.
