Full Of Hot Air

The 2017 Big Sky International Balloon Rendezvous is in Billings this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (July 28-30)  If the weather cooperates, the Balloon will go up each morning at 6am from Pierce RV off Shiloh and Zoo Drive.  Saturday is the day set aside for live music from Wes Urbaniak, Troy Owens & Maddie Alpert.  Face Paint and a bouncy house will be there.  Food trucks from Sandees, The Meat Shack, Nacho Dog, Espresso Brake and Baileys Frozen Novelties all starting at 6:30pm.  At 9:15 it's the balloon glow.  Afterwords you can enjoy a "movie in the dark" and watch Disney's "UP". I've had the chance to ride in a hot air balloon a couple of times and it is surprisingly calm since your moving with the breeze.
