How to Prepare for a Chili Cook-off

On Saturday I get to be part of the Wild West Chili Cook-off.  Join us at Beartooth Harley Davidson Saturday starting at 11a.m. and all the proceeds benefit the Families For Outdoor Recreation.

Beano is your friend, man, it's one thing to eat one bowl of chili.  But to eat it all day long and be part of the contest, that takes prep.  Or the worst could happen.  It's one thing to fart.  Don't get me wrong, I think farts are funny, always have been and always will be.  But friend, their isn't anything funny about a shart.  It's best that we are all prepared.  See you Saturday.
