Joseph Gordon-Levitt, We’ve Loved You For So Long – The Daily Swoon
Ever since ’3rd Rock from the Sun’ (don’t act like you never watched it) and ’10 Things I Hate About You,’ we’ve had major fluttery-heart feelings for actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt. And now that’s he’s all grown up, those feelings have just intensified.
Gordon-Levitt has been making us swoon for years. You’ve no doubt seen something he’s been in, like the aforementioned ’10 Things I Hate About You’ (a criminally underrated 90s classic), ‘(500) Days of Summer,’ ‘Inception,’ or this year’s ‘Lincoln’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’
The guy is 31 years old and he hasn’t aged since he was like, 20. And while that certainly has us wondering what sort of pact he made with an anti-aging demon (Olay. Listen to your mothers), we’re totally into it.
He’s not just a good-looking guy, either. JGL (he lets us call him that) is also crazy talented and creative — he runs a project called hitRECord, a production collaboration effort where participants contribute their images, music and film and share a part of the profits. The site currently has over 10,000 participants!
