It's gotta be the shoes.

Michael Jordan has offered an unusual incentive to dump his Chicago mansion: if you buy it, you'll also get every single edition of MJ's Air Jordan shoe line.

If that's not enough to make you run down to your bank and beg for a mortgage, then you should definitely check out these videos touting the 56,000-square-foot palace, dripping with the kind of boasting that makes you think his neighbors will be glad to get rid of "that arrogant retired basketball player" or whatever biting insult they may have for someone who comes off as cocky as he does.

The home was initially put on the market back in 2012 for $29 million, but was slashed to a paltry $14.9 million back in May.

Sneakers aside, the home comes with pretty much everything you need, not to mention a heck of a lot of what you don't need, including a pool pavilion, a putting green, game rooms (yes, rooms -- plural), a wine cellar, a humidor, a movie theater, a gym and, of course, a regulation basketball court.

That doesn't even take into account the 15 bathrooms, multiple kitchen, five fireplaces, 15 heated parking spots and a beauty salon. Basically, you're not just buying a house, you're buying a mall.

The home is located at 2700 Point Lane, so go ahead and Google Map it. Jordan's realtor, Kofi Nartey, is the one who's put out the videos, telling Maxim, "It may seem over the top, but so is winning six NBA championships and six NBA Finals MVPs." After three years trying to move the property, we're guessing he's just getting antsy to get that commission check.
