ABC's monster Emmy-gobbler 'Modern Family' has never had difficulty reeling in celebrity guests, but its latest are equal parts welcome and surprising. 'Now You See Me' and 'The Social Network' star Jesse Eisenberg will drop by for an upcoming episode, along with '30 Rock' gem Jane Krakowski, and John Benjamin Hickey.

Though the episode won't shoot until next week for an early 2014 airdate, "Under Pressure" will see Eisenberg in the role of Asher, an eco-enthusiast who lives next to Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet), and Hickey as a therapist to a member of the Dunphy family.

And for her first major TV role since the close of '30 Rock' earlier this year, Krakowski will portray “Dr. Donna,” a mean-spirited mother to one of Manny (Rico Rodriguez)'s classmates, who comes to spar with Gloria (Sofia Vergara). For the moment, the roles have only been scheduled for one episode, though here's hoping at least Krakowski's could become recurring.

Recently featuring 'Workaholics' star Adam Devine, the fifth season of ‘Modern Family’ has notably seen a proposal for Cam and Mitch take place following the Supreme Court’s DOMA decision. Fans will also see another family vacation episode, shot on location at an “exotic locale” outside the United States, as well as either another Thanksgiving or Christmas episode, if not both. Comedian Kevin Hart is also rumored to return to the series for a third time.
