Over or Under? The Great Toilet Paper Debate

This weekend, a friend and I engaged in a spirited debate about toilet paper, specifically whether you should place the roll “over” or “under”.  Here’s why I endorse the “under” roller movement.

1. Under, means you cannot unroll the paper by spinning it. Cat owners & parents understand this.

2. Under allows for single-handed, efficient dispensing. You pull down, tear toward you. Should you pull down, and have difficulty tearing, you simply put your wrist against the roll, and flex your wrist. Done.

3. Under, is neater. The roll doesn’t hang a tail.

I know the majority prefers over. You’re all primates.

Argue with me all you want, you’ll still be wrong.
