Rick’s Pick: Stranded By Choice Is One of Billings’ Best Rock Bands

I've been in Billings for a little over a year now and I've seen some badass rock bands.  From the high school headbangers in Tribe, to veteran metalheads End Ever, to fun party groups like The Repeat Offenders and Downtime, there's several solid outfits in town.  But for my money, Stranded By Choice might just be the best of the bunch.

I recently saw them for the first time and I'm kicking myself that I hadn't seen them sooner.  Their rhythm section was in the pocket all night and their twin guitar attack was vicious. They opened for a reputable Metallica tribute band that evening and I thought they stole the show.  If you dig hard rock and metal, check out Stranded By Choice and thank me later.
