Road Work in Downtown Billings – One Lane Traffic on 27th Street

Let's be honest, there isn't much more in life that can be more frustrating than road construction. This is only made worse when that road construction impacts a main artery of downtown Billings.

So heads up, when traveling South on North 27th it becomes One Way traffic after the intersection between N. 27th and Montana Ave. After watching a couple days worth of Five 'O Clock traffic, I would highly advise you either try to avoid the intersection all together or get yourself in the left hand lane long before the Montana Ave intersection. Because it's been my impression so far that the majority of people cruising this street, choose to ignore the signs indicating the transition to one lane traffic.
