Gallatin Supernationals next for ASCS Frontier

COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho - After some additional time off thanks to the weather, the ASCS Frontier Region sprint car series returns to action with the annual Big Sky Supernationals this Saturday at Gallatin Speedway.

The series was originally scheduled to race at Sheridan Speedway in Wyoming for the first time on Friday but decided to cancel its trip after learning that Sheridan Speedway officials decided to go with a different sanction for their sprint car event. A phone call between an ASCS Frontier Region representative and the promoter from Sheridan Speedway on Tuesday resulted in an agreement to keep communication lines open regarding scheduling an event in 2016.

Thank you Andy

In the meantime, three weekends of racing in Montana remain for the ASCS Frontier Region in 2015. After Saturday's event at Gallatin Speedway, the series hits Billings Motorsports Park for two nights of action in the annual Dan Laber Memorial on September 18th and 19th. The recently rained out Montana Round-Up at Electric City Speedway in Great Falls has been rescheduled for September 25th and 26th and will now serve as the season finale.
