Arizona man Jesus Llovera is out for justice after actor Steven Seagal drove a tank into his home, killing his puppy, during a police raid that was filmed for Seagal’s reality TV show ‘Steven Seagal: Lawman.’

Llovera had been targeted by controversial Maricopa County Sherriff Joe Arpaio for running an illegal cockfighting farm. Arpaio, who is also named in Llovera’s $100,000 notice of claim, allowed Seagal to get in an armored vehicle and lead the charge into Llovera’s Laveen, Arizona home.

During the raid, Llovera’s house was smashed up, 100 roosters were euthanized, and his family’s dog was shot to death.

In addition to the $100,000 he seeks in damages, Llovera, who says he was only raising the roosters for “show,” wants Seagal to pen a formal apology to Llovera’s children for killing their puppy.
