3gs in lockwood

Well the 3 G's in Lockwood has been open for a while and the space right next to it hasn't rented out yet. I was kinda hoping that a Wendy's or Hardee's might move in there. I like those places and they aren't in Lockwood yet. Well maybe it's just wishful thinking...

I have been keeping my eyes open for the pumps to go up at the new 3G's in Lockwood. They are in place now. They went up yesterday. Not sure how soon they will be pumping gas but I will keep you posted. They do still have space for lease...

The 3 G's in Lockwood is open. They are working on getting the gas pumps in so they will soon be a gas provider once again. 3G's is a huge building and they are only set up on one side. Makes you wonder if something else will go in on the other side...
