Much as we love the recent 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' season 9 teasers that so artfully chronicle the September 4 move from FX to FXX, it was high time for some actual footage, no? Well, true to living, drinking, and snorting to excess, the gang has returned with not one, but 10 Flip-adelphian new promos for the new season starting in September!

Whether or not the gang from 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' ends up holding to series star Glenn Howerton's earlier words that the show would come to a close with season 10, the upcoming ninth season is nearly ready to have its layers peeled back. The full hi-res poster for the Paddy's Pub gang's arthouse phase has arrived, and we can't decide if we're turned on or hungry.

We'd previously heard 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' star Glenn Howerton talking about next year's tenth season as a definitive end to the longrunning FX series, though Howerton soon recanted his words. Now, the entire cast and crew have chimed in to agree they see potential for an even longer run, spoofing their many award snubs in the process with an upcoming episode.
