Michael Vick is lending his support to a congressional bill that will penalize those who attend animal fights. The Animal Fighting Spectator Prohibition Act would make attending an animal fight a misdemeanor punishable up to a year in prison. Under the act, bringing a child to an animal fight could cost an offender up to three years in jail.
