The Mega Loads are here!

The MegaLoads are here!! Well, on the Rims anyways.  So I've been out of the loop for the last month, but what's the big (lol) deal about anyway?  There've been protests and lawsuits.

  I understand people are concerned about damage to the roads but are they protesting the actual needed replacement of a coker unit?  Do we not want  to make sure our local refineries are safe for our community and the people that work there?  If it's about expansion, isn't that a good thing as well?  Couldn't that mean more jobs for locals and in turn more money for the local business owners here?  What am I missing?
