Rilat takes ASCS Frontier checkers at Billings

BILLINGS, Mont. - Forney, Texas driver Travis Rilat is liking racing in the state of Montana. For the second time in four recent outings with the series he took the checkered flag in the main event for the ASCS Frontier Region sprint car tour Saturday at Billings Motorsports Park.

Piloting the Alberta-based Richard Saumure No. 39c Shark-powered Maxim, Rilat won from the third starting position. He also won July 31st at Gallatin Speedway. In his other two starts with the ASCS Frontier Region, Rilat finished second twice. Rilat and the team plan to return to Billings in September for the Dan Laber Memorial, which closes the season for the ASCS Frontier Region.   Thanks Andy. Check out Travis in action!!!
