Wyoming Rocker Survives Brain Surgery on “Dark Side of the Moon”
Norm Moore lives in Shoshoni, Wyoming. His favorite band is Pink Floyd. Recently, doctors discovered a tumor the size of a tennis ball in Norm's brain. He had only one request for the surgeons. When he went under the knife, he wanted them to play the "Dark Side of the Moon" album in the operating room.
Monday, Norm underwent brain surgery at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. And it looks like he's gonna make it. Norm's doctors were able to remove the entire tumor and they expect him to make a full recovery. After Norm heals up, he vows to continue playing drums in his band, The Lost Springs Band. Shine on, you crazy diamond.
