At It's Heart, Montana Wants To Live And Let Live

I love Montana so much. I can't even put it into words. One of the many things I love about here is the live and let live mentality. There is room in this big little state of ours for everyone to do everything they want (short of felonies and such) without impeding on your fellow Montanans.

I was raised to vote. I was also raised to respect the will of the people. I will not be trying to backdoor bills that most Montanans want, and I certainly won't be storming any capitol building like a toddler who broke into a gun cabinet because my candidate didn't win.

Why then, after we have voted things in, do the people we sent to Helena keep trying to go in the super secret door and "shut it down" without taking the will of Montanans into account? Or, why are they taking things that aren't harming the general public, and gaslighting people into thinking they are?

This is really a big issue. We've talked about the backdoor way to stop marijuana being legal in Montana, and it failed (Above link). We've talked about the ridiculous "abortion trafficking" law that also failed (Also the above link) .

Now, can we talk about the drag queen lawsuit law they just tried to pass?

Yeah. The guy or girl who is confused and intrigued by people in drag that willingly GO TO A DRAG SHOW, would have been able to sue the venue for a couple of years afterwards. What?

This coming from a generation or two raised on Bugs Bunny and the Carol Burnett Show where males in drag appeared quite often. That silly Elmer Fudd was so easy to fool.
