Love In the Name of Christ of Yellowstone County just received a $10,000 grant from the Gianforte Family Foundation, and it’s going to make a real difference in the lives of families here in Billings.
Love INC of Yellowstone County Provides Practical Help and Life Skills
Love INC has a unique way of serving the community. Instead of just stepping in with short-term help, they bring together churches across the county to share resources and talents so neighbors in need can find real solutions. That looks like food when cupboards are empty, school supplies when kids are heading back to class, or furniture when families are starting over. But it also includes classes that teach practical life skills, things like how to budget, plan meals, and set goals for the future.

What’s special about Love INC is that it’s not just one church or one charity, it’s a coalition of about 20 congregations in Billings who decided they could do more by working together. On top of their ministries, they even provide transitional housing through apartments that give families a safe place to land while they get back on their feet.
