It's wildfire season in Montana, and we all need to do our part to help the brave men and women that are battling the blazes from the front lines. Firefighters and unsung heroes and risk their lives to keep Montana families safe.

Much of Montana's terrain is remote and rugged which makes the jobs of wildland firefighters more difficult. Wildland firefighters leave their families behind, facing uncertain dangers, all to protect others. A simple "thank you" can go a long way in boosting their morale and recognizing their sacrifices.

High temperatures during the summer only make things worse. Things dry out much quicker and wildfires spread more rapidly. Extreme heat can also pose significant health risks to firefighters, which can make their job more dangerous and challenging.
