They pulled this stunt just days after a transgender shooter left the bodies of innocent children laying on the floor. Sickening.

That was my reaction to the news of a protest by radical LGBTQ activists on the floor of the rotunda in the Montana State Capitol.

Here is my deal. I support their right to protest. I may disagree with what they are advocating for, but I support their right to protest. I also don't think an entire group of people should be judged based on the actions of a few.

That being said, I can't believe that Democrat state lawmakers like State Sen. Morigeau (D-Missoula) could not understand the optics of an event like this and why laying bodies out in the floor of the capitol would somehow be good optics for their cause, especially after a transgender shooter just took several innocent lives days earlier. And especially after radical transgender activists in other state capitols have been trying to disrupt the Democratic process and had to be removed by police.

And what are they objecting to? They think that removing healthy body parts from kids, and giving them drugs that causes chemical castration is ok? The legislature isn't  working to "erase" transgender people, they're protecting kids from being pressured into making an irreversible, life-altering decision.

We had a great phone call from Tim in Savage, Montana earlier Monday morning on this very topic and his reaction to the protest. Here's the audio (Tim can be heard about halfway through):

Here is the video of the protest from the Montana Public Affairs Network (MPAN):
