A "mortality event" has been reported on a portion of the Big Horn River near Hardin, MT after wildlife officials received numerous reports of sick or dead waterfowl in the area. Carcass samples have been sent to the lab for testing.

We stopped in at Costco in Billings over the weekend to get a few things and there were no eggs- at Costco. The Big Sky Business Journal's Evelyn Pyburn tells us what is happening.

While the cost of eggs continues to increase, there are a few ways to make that carton last longer in your fridge. Some may even keep past the "sell by" date.

The affected flocks are in Cascade County and in Judith Basin County in Western Montana and are currently quarantined.
