Corn beef and cabbage

Everybody's got their own opinion on this.  And I want to know what you think.  My favorite Corn Beef and Cabbage comes from a bar I used to work at in Phoenix.  Sandy the owner, is one hell of a cook.  I've never had any Corn Beef and Cabbage like that anywhere again...

How can you not enjoy corn beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day?  Might not be as hard to make as you thought.  The videos below make it really easy. It was Irish Americans who embraced corned beef and cabbage during St. Patrick's Day...
