A federal judge has now blocked the vaccine mandate targeting healthcare workers in all 50 states. Montana's Attorney General Austin Knudsen (R-MT), who led an 11-state effort challenging the mandate, announced the news moments ago.

We have some breaking news this Monday afternoon. A federal judge ordered a halt the federal vaccine mandate targeting healthcare workers. That's the good news. But what does it mean for Montana?

Evelyn Pyburn with the Big Sky Business Journal reported that nearly 1,000 Montanans across the state rallied against the federal vaccine mandate targeting healthcare workers on Sunday.

AG Knudsen: "I would tell your healthcare workers please, please keep coming to work. Please, we need you. You are so desperately needed by your patients. Hang in there."

BREAKING: Montana's Attorney General Austin Knudsen (R-MT) filed suit to protect healthcare workers from the threat of a federal vaccine mandate. Knudsen, along with several other attorneys general, have already been successful in blocking one of the federal mandates, this effort would target another.
