Billings Police are actively investigating an overnight shooting that left one man dead, according to a report on social media.

The identity of the teenager who was shot and killed over the weekend has been released by the Yellowstone County Sheriffs' office.

According to a press release from the Billings Police Department, a 67-year old woman was found deceased inside a home in the 1200 block of Claim Jumper Lane around 6:51 am on Saturday (12/4).

The suspects led multiple law enforcement agencies on a high speed pursuit that ended Friday night near West Yellowstone.

A 17-year old female is dead, and a 17-year old male has been charged with "deliberate homicide," following a shooting early Sunday morning (12/6) in Billings.

Police are asking landowners in several communities around Billings for help finding Johnson’s body.

According to court documents, Schifferns had admitted to the woman that he killed the man because he was “homeless and disrespectful.”
