Back in October of last year, Chinese stuntman Kun Liu was killed on the set of ‘The Expendables 2‘ when a stunt involving an exploding boat went wrong. Yesterday, the man’s parents filed suit in Los Angeles County Court against the film’s producers saying unsafe conditions on the set directly led to their son’s death.

Lokesh Simon James hit Bliss Cabaret, a strip joint in Clearwater, back in March, spending three hours and $600. That’s a pretty steep bill and probably bought him a couple of lap dances and drinks, along with some tips. No big deal, right? Wrong. When he checked his credit card statement a few days later, he discovered a $50,000 charge from the strip club.

A couple in New Jersey are suing a landlord for their security deposit after fleeing a rental home they say is haunted. The landlord, meanwhile, alleges that the couple is simply trying to break their lease. Who do you believe?

From early 2005 to late 2009, U2 grossed boatloads of money from their Vertigo Tour and every-bit-as-massive 360 Degree Tour. At the same time, bassist Adam Clayton claims he was losing big bucks, too. Clayton says his personal assistant back then misappropriated $7.5 million of his hard-earned money, and now Clayton is suing all of the parties believed to be involved.

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee is $400K lighter, but it has nothing to do with his behavior in Las Vegas during the band’s recent residency. Instead, Lee has settled a lawsuit with a former assistant, who sued him for defamation and failure to pay overtime.

Journey guitarist Neal Schon and his new love Michaele Salahi appeared on the ‘Today’ show this morning (Feb. 15) to tell their side of the story that found Michaele abruptly leaving her husband and former ‘Housewives of D.C.’ co-star Tareq Salahi last September.

The celebrity gossip website TheDirty.com has removed a naked picture of Neal Schon after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from the Journey guitarist’s attorney. The self-shot picture depicts Schon standing in front of a bathroom mirror with his shirt pulled up and naked from the chest down.

When staying in a hotel, there is an expectation of privacy, right? Well, ESPN correspondent Erin Andrews lost that privacy big time in 2008 when video was taken of her naked through a hole in her hotel room wall and then leaked onto the Internet. Andrews is now filing suit.

Today’s seemingly frivolous lawsuit comes courtesy of one Steve Frye, who’s upset that attractive women get into the Playboy Mansion for free while men do not.

Not even the Metal God is immune to lawsuits. Judas Priest‘s leather clad vocalist Rob Halford is being sued by his longtime personal manager John Baxter. Baxter is suing Halford, other members of Priest and the band’s management team. It’s a legal clusterf— if there ever was one.

Arizona man Jesus Llovera is out for justice after actor Steven Seagal drove a tank into his home, killing his puppy, during a police raid that was filmed for Seagal’s reality TV show ‘Steven Seagal: Lawman.’
