Softball

MSU Billings’ athletes are closing out the season on a high note. Softball and baseball both made headlines—did you catch all the action?

A freak accident on November 1, 2021 destroyed the entire business. Now, the indoor softball/baseball training center and batting cages are back in action. A grand re-opening party is this Saturday (8/26).

Youth sports camps can get a little pricey. This one is free and offers nine different sports for kids entering grades 3 - 8. Pre-register by June 6th to guarantee your child receives a free t-shirt.

This is a picture of one of my daughters playing softball in Columbus.  Yes I'm a proud dad.  (she threw the person out!).  I wonder how warm it has been.  I don't believe in the climate change, global warming stuff.  I do know that I miss my kids playing out side, I miss bar-b-q, I miss fencing my land, working on my pickup...

Ok, a disclaimer here.  This is going to sound sexist, but it is not.  I grew up playing all sports as a guy.  Baseball was my favorite.  It consumed me and I played softball into my 40's until my knee gave out.  When I became a dad, I would tell my daughters who all played softball, "Don't throw like a girl"...

Sports ... an important activity in most schools.
