Arizona man Jesus Llovera is out for justice after actor Steven Seagal drove a tank into his home, killing his puppy, during a police raid that was filmed for Seagal’s reality TV show ‘Steven Seagal: Lawman.’

Apparently, the Lithuanian city of Vilnuis has a problem with cars — in particular luxury cars — parking in its bike lines. Citizens have taken to posting pictures of these illegally parked cars on social media. In response to the public outcry, Vilnuis mayor Arturas Zuokas staged an event in which he used an armored personnel carrier to crush a Mercedes Benz which had been parked in a bike lane .
