The Hammes Company of Madison, Wisconsin made their presentation to the Billings City Council last night.  They envision 1 Big Sky Center being build for medical and education and the other part a convention center in a civic "lifestyle" district.  President Bob Dunn says that 2 solid anchors could lead to billions of dollars in private investment.  Hammes officials say they were attracted to Billings for a number of reasons, including the strength of the local economy.  Council members were generally receptive to the presentation.
