5 Quick and Easy Halloween Costumes for Classic Rock Fans
You could get three buddies together and dress up like KISS, but that's way too much work. Here's 5 quick and easy costume ideas inspired by Classic Rock legends.
5. ZZ Top - Take your pick, Billy Gibbons or Dusty Hill. All you'll need is a fake beard, sunglasses, a coat and a hat. If you can get a couple buddies to help, you can go as the whole band.
4. Slash from Guns n Roses - For this costume, you'll need a long, curly blag wig, a top hat, a bottle of Jack Daniel's and a cigarette to dangle from your mouth. For extra authenticity, rock a ratty old leather jacket, some tore up jeans and and a dirty t-shirt. The bottle of Jack will probably be the most expensive item you'll buy.
3. Alice Cooper - This costume requires a leather jacket, black pants, a long black wig and some black makeup for your eyes. For an extra touch of class, you may also want to add a replica of Alice's signature cane and throw in a "Billion Dollar Baby" doll, just for fun.
2. The drummer from Def Leppard - This one is sure to get laughs at any party. All you need is a long, curly blonde wig, a white t-shirt and a single drumstick. Draw the English Union Jack and/or the Def Leppard logo on the shirt, tuck your left arm in the sleeve and get ready to bash the skins one handed.
1. U2's new album "Songs of Innocence" - This is one of the trendy new costumes for 2014. Inspired by U2's massive iTunes giveaway, you'll need to draw a replica of the album image on a white t-shirt (use the picture as your guide). Then you just show up to random parties uninvited and refuse to leave.
