A Safe New Year

Turns out it was a safe New Year for Billings.  Apparently people used their heads and did not drink and drive.  According to the Billings Police Department they made zero arrests for a DUI on New Years Eve.  Yellowstone County Sheriffs Department made only one.  That's pretty good considering last year there were 10.  I wonder if people are finally wising up?  I have to think the road conditions might have also played a factor.  Whatever the reason, way to go Billings and Yellowstone County.
