The Billings Police department has announced via their Twitter account that the lockdown has been lifted.

At 8:28 a.m. on Monday, November 18, Billings Public Schools posted to their Facebook page that West High and the Career Center have been placed on lockdown.

At the time of this reporting, the Billings Police Department has yet to confirm the investigation on the Twitter account. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
