MSN had 50 signature cheap eats from every state. In Montana they listed the bison burger. You know I love a good burger so I wanted to know where the bison burgers were in Billings.
I grew up in Nebraska, you would think that they would eat more bison there but they don't. I love the bison burger, lean and full of flavor.
According to their online menu, looks like The Rex serves one. But where else? Are they hard to find? Is the MSN article right? What do you think?
