For a Candy Bar

57 year old David Bowman of Billings was charged Monday with felony robbery for allegedly stealing a candy bar from an Ace Hardware store.  The clerk at the store called 911 on Sunday to report that a man had stolen merchandise and left.  Bowman gave his credit card to the woman and allegedly said if she could not make the card work he was going to strangler her.  It in fact did not work, so he took the card back and left.  He was arrested at him home.  Over a candy bar.
