Is This Guy Scared Of Anything?

The Crowne Plaza has sold and Hilton DoubleTree is sparing no expense to fix this place up. These guy's are working on the 23rd floor with three tiers of scaffolding that would be 26 floors up with no net. They must do it all the time because they swing around like monkeys out there. I think they are putting up some new Grand Tree signs but I'm not sure and I ain't going out there to ask. You know how that works he's probably afraid of spiders or something!
