From Red Lodge to Billings: 11 Homes You Don’t Want to Miss at the Parade of Homes
If you’ve ever wanted to peek inside some of the most stunning new homes in our area - without getting chased off the porch or having the cops called - then the 2025 Billings Parade of Homes is calling your name.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of the popular event, and it runs for two big weekends starting September 20th (technically on September 19th with the Twilight Tour). Saturday hours are 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from noon to 5 pm.

On the tour are 11 show-stopping homes, including three “must-see” builds in Red Lodge. Whether you’re hunting for fresh design ideas, scoping out floor plans you’ll add to your “someday” Pinterest board, or just want to see how the other half lives, the Parade always delivers.

Win a sweet prize package at the Parade of Homes.
Because staring at quartz countertops and sleek walk-in showers isn’t quite enough, every guest gets the chance to win the Family Outdoor Recreation Package.
The prize pack includes his-and-hers mountain bikes, two youth bikes, a 28” Blackstone grill, a pile of steaks to cook on said grill, plus a regulation-size cornhole set and six other backyard games. Basically, everything you need to be the most popular family on the block.
Tickets are $15, while kids 12 and under get in free. Snag yours online at BillingsParadeOfHomes.com, through the Parade app, or at any of the homes during tour hours.
If you’re looking for the VIP experience, don’t miss the Twilight Tour on September 19th. It starts with dinner and cocktails, followed by a motorcoach ride (yes, complete with cocktail service) to five of this year’s homes.
Twilight tickets are $85 and come with swag and a regular Parade ticket. They’re on sale until September 15th or until they sell out.
