We go crazy for new restaurants in Billings

Who doesn’t love a great meal at a new place in town? I’ve noticed people go absolutely crazy for new food in Billings - we all saw the fiasco with Chick-Fil-A. Now we can all go a little crazy for this new sushi and ramen bar on the west side of Billings.

Ramen and Sushi in Montana

I’ve always wondered how sushi can still be delicious in landlocked states. I mean, Montana is quite far from any ocean, but that doesn’t stop these sushi bars from getting fresh fish.  Asian food is one of my favorite cuisines because ramen is full of flavor, forget those packages of the fake stuff in the grocery stores. Plus, ramen is for cold days, and sushi is for hot days. Both can be enjoyed all year long.

Great Valentine’s Day Spot in Billings

The décor in the ramen bar is quaint and the interior designer brought the outdoors inside to their dining area. The cherry blossom tree raining down from the ceiling is quite pleasing for the senses and it reminded me that spring is right around the corner.

Take a look at this space- beautiful umbrellas hang from the ceiling and a giant mural on the wall made me feel like I was in a different part of the world.

The Food at Sakura Ramen and Sushi was stellar!

This new ramen bar offers different flavors of ramen like pork, beef, chicken, fish, veggie, and all sorts of unique sushi rolls. The dumplings and egg rolls were the perfect appetizers for me and I choose them every time because they reheat at home wonderfully. We ordered a sushi roll and of course- the ramen. My spouse got the spicy beef ramen, and I got veggie. Both dishes were packed with flavor. MMM, ramen.

Don’t forget about the slushies and milk teas in Sakura Ramen and Sushi Bar. If you've never had one do it! I thought these sounded strange too, but it's actually a perfect little post-dinner treat that has a dessert feel to it.
