The Moss Mansion Historic House Museum is a red-stone mansion built in 1903 by Preston Boyd Moss (P.B. Moss) and his wife, Martha Ursula Woodson Moss, (Mattie). Mr. and Mrs. Moss moved to Billings from Paris, Missouri.
"The Moss Mansion was inhabited solely by Mr. and Mrs. Moss, their six children Woodson Jackson, Kula, Melville Hollingsworth, Preston Boyd Moss, Jr., David Hickman Moss III and Virginia and 3 servants. From the time of construction until 1984 at which time a community effort was organized to save the building. Melville Moss insisted that the home stay in the family, and she lived in her home until she died in 1984 at the age of 88." - Moss Mansion - Wikipedia

If you grew up around here, you have more than likely been inside the Moss for a field trip or two. Maybe even attended a wedding or event there. I personally love it but still get the creeps every single time I am there. Haunted. That place has to be haunted.

The Moss Mansion is inviting us all to come and explore the very spiritual side of the Mansion. You can look forward to hearing ghost stories and experiences had by staff members and volunteers as recently as this last year. Dive into the spooky side of the 1903 house. Take a walk on the haunted side....

Admission is $30 with reservation, limited to 12 guests per tour. You can also book a private Summer Series: Ghost Tour: call 406-256-5100 and ask for Megan. (2 days advanced notice)
