New Park Offenses

The Gazette reports Billings parks police officer Nick Lam has new authority to use a number of offenses to first warn, then arrest people for trespassing in city parks. An offender can be cited for a number of municipal code violations, including possessing alcohol in the park, urinating in public, violating park hours, or committing what are called Title 45 crimes.
